We’re switching things up this season!

Expect longer games, more time on the court, less sitting around, and a longer season with plenty of great volleyball.

With the new format, teams will also have a few scheduled bye nights throughout the season — a built-in Tuesday night off to rest, recharge, or enjoy a night away from the gym! 😉

A fresh format, the same competitive spirit, and even more reasons to love Tuesday nights. 💙🏐
